Matt Day

Matt Day is a 19 years old Politics Student at the University of Essex and he is the chairman of the Rayleigh & Wickford Conservative Future. Matt was a Conservative Party activist involved in the General Election of 2015 and in the local elections of 2015 & 2016 as well as the European Referendum 2016.

Matt is a highly valued and regular writer for United Politics and considers himself to be a socially liberal, fiscal Conservative as well as being a Thatcherite.

Matt works for a Member of Parliament and contribute weekly on United Politics. Matt aspires to be involved in public policy in the private sector before one day becoming an MP.
